Fun-Size Pod - Adapting a White Belt Mentality to Life

I suck at jiu jitsu, I get beaten up a lot, submitted every single time I turn up and yet... I can't stop turning up to learn, better myself and have a great time doing it.

I also really sucked at lifting weights at one point, but now after over a decade of training on average 3-4 times every week, I'm very good at it.

When it comes to results, we want to achieve them maximally and as quick as possible only to sometimes be let down. But what if you took a different approach and thought of yourself as a white belt, imagine the curiosity you would have and the willingness to get better.
