Fun-Size - Accepting Emotions and Responsibility (A Personal Story)

Gday everybody! Last weekend I had an injury at my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournament. It's caused a bit of a setback and I am definitely going through all the emotions! Which is why I want to share a story and my progress with you.
